3. Garlic is also known as a natural remedy for this. You can take garlic tablets or eat fresh garlic as an ingredient with your meals. It is depending upon what you can tolerate. You can try to avoid contacting this by washing towels and any articles of clothing that come in direct contact with these areas with hot water. You will also need to us a cleaner that sterilizes exercise equipment and shower and tub areas.
