This should help shrink your hemorrhoids and alleviate your discomfort. Continue to follow the dosing instructions on the package (with doctor approval) until your hemorrhoids are gone.
4. Increase the amount of fiber in your diet and make sure you are drinking at least eight glasses of water each day. This should help soften your bowel movements and decrease your straining in the bathroom.
