Become A Certified Herbalist







A certified herbalist is someone who uses herbs for their healing and positive properties. It is an old practice that is becoming more accepted. Herbs are a natural means to feeling better. They are generally safe used with the care and supervision of a certified herbalist.


Instructions


1. Find out about herbalism. There is a great amount of information available about herbs and healing.


2. Locate a school that is certified to train herbalists. Doing a search on the Internet, you will find numerous schools. Research the schools and their accreditation to find out which one is a fit for you.


3. Attend the classes. Many classes are online. You may also find local classes. Study the information that is put out. Study various herbs and their properties, herbal blends and contents. Concentrate and learn all that you can from your herbalist instructor.


4. Work with the actual herbs. Be sure to get out of the books and use the herbs in your studies.


5. Prepare for the final exam that your school offers. This will consist of all the information that you have studied. After the exam, you will be certified by your school.








6. Continue to learn about herbalism. There is so much information out there to take in. Enroll in continuing education classes.
