Treat Anemia With Natural Remedies

Anemia is a serious medical condition that can be caused by numerous internal issues. The literal definition of anemia is a lack of blood within the human body. This blood disorder can be caused by an iron deficiency, blood disease and even hidden diseases within the body. You can take numerous medications to treat anemia; however, there are also very effective natural remedies that can help with this condition. Of course, always consult with your doctor about any of these remedies, as well as having regular check-ups to ensure your anemia is under control.

Instructions

1. Consume four apples per day until your anemia has been completely healed. The nutrients in the apples will increase the iron within your body and will help expedite the healing process. Eat one apple in the morning, one at lunch, one during the afternoon, another before dinner and one after dinner.

2. Drink 3 oz. of beet juice two times per day on an ongoing basis. If the juice is too strong for you, dilute it by adding 2 to 3 oz. of water. Beet juice will help provide your body with essential vitamins and nutrients to hasten your healing.

3. Fill a bathtub with hot water and add 1 cup of Epsom salts. With your hand, mix the salt into the water for several minutes, allowing it to dissolve. Submerge your body into the salt bath for 10 to 15 minutes only, once per week.

4. Eat four dried figs on a daily basis throughout treatment for anemia. The vitamins in the figs will help treat your body and keep inflammation down.

5. Mix 3 tbsp. of honey with 2 tsp. of lemon juice in 8 oz. of water. You can either heat the water or keep it cool, depending on your taste. Stir this mixture until the ingredients have been properly mixed, and consume every morning prior to eating any solid food. If you wish, you can mix the honey and lemon juice without the water.
