Some mouthwashing gels contain fluoride, which maintains the teeth whiteness. Choose an appropriate brush that has soft bristles to protect your enamel layer. 3. Avoid eating unhealthy foods. To maintain good sapphire teeth, you should avoid foods that can stain your teeth. Such foods include sugary substances, sweets, alcohol, tobacco, coffee and soda. The end result when you indulge in such foods is weak, discolored and stained teeth.


4. Eat a balanced diet. You need to maintain a balanced diet to have strong teeth. Vegetables and fruits provide teeth with the necessary vitamins and calcium to keep the gums healthy and strong. Keep a glass of water nearby and sip on it throughout the day.


5. Visit a dentist for regular checkups. A trip to the dentist at least twice a year is recommended. The dentist uses whitening formulas that keep your teeth white and healthy.
