Bowel Cleansing Solution

The colon works to rid the body of waste materials that are created from foods that are consumed. Depending on the type of diet that is regularly eaten, fecal matter will either be properly evacuated or begin to compact along bowel walls. When this happens, toxins are re-released into the body and can cause health issues as well general abdominal discomfort. Bowel cleanses, when done under the supervision of a medical practitioner, are a safe and effective way to clean the colon and restore normal bowel movements.

Castor Oil and Milk

Castor oil has been used since ancient times for a health issues such as menstrual cramps, wart removal and digestive complications. When purchasing castor oil, ensure that it comes directly from India and that the castor beans have not been treated with pesticides. Castor oil works by introducing a high concentration of ricinoleic acid, which is the main ingredient in most fatty acids. Milk works to dilute the unpleasant taste of castor oil as well as to move the ingredients throughout the intestines.

Add one cup of milk with one teaspoon of castor oil into a small glass. Stir to ensure that both ingredients are properly mixed. Consume first thing in the morning, and if needed, wash down with eight ounces of water. Drink this mixture two times per week for its cleansing benefits. Keep in mind, bowel movements will become regular so ensure that access to a bathroom is available at all times.

Psyllium Husks and Aloe Vera

The properties within aloe vera work with the intestines to repair damage that has been done by an impacted colon. When the lining of the intestines are strong, they are able to better move fecal matter through the colon, which relieves and prevents constipation. Psyllium Husks contain high levels of fiber, which create and sustain healthy bowel movements. Unlike harsh chemical cleansers, this solution will gently move impacted fecal matter throughout the system without harmful side effects.

Mix one teaspoon of psyllium husk with three tablespoons of aloe vera and two cups of water. Consume this mixture once a day for two weeks. Once this treatment has concluded, bowel movements will be regular and the intestines will be able to better absorb nutrients from food. Always consult a physician before beginning any colon cleanse program, especially if kidney or heart disease is present.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Omega-3 is part of the essential fatty acids family, which are required for the body to function properly. While omega-3 is essential, the human body does not make this fatty acid naturally, thus it must be consumed through foods or supplements. The properties within omega-3 fatty acids work to move fecal matter through the intestines as well as to promote a healthier digestive system overall.

Consuming a fish oil supplement is the easiest way to introduce omega-3 fatty acids into the system. Ensure that when purchasing a fish oil supplement, the label specifies exactly what species of fish it comes from. The oil should only be derived from the flesh of fish, which will be clearly marked on the supplement label.
