Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine
The Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine in Montclair, New Jersey, offers students a 2,202-hour acupuncture program that leads to a master's degree. Designed with flexibility for working adults, classes meet in the afternoon, evenings and on weekends for an average of three full weekends a month. Twelve-month internships at the clinical level take place in the summer prior to the third year. Curriculum includes training in traditional Chinese medicine as well as the five elements and Japanese, or Kiiko style, of medicine and acupuncture.
