Diagnose Chest Pain And Burping

Many people suffer from chest pain that is caused by the amount of gas that is located in the esophagus. Here are the steps that will help you to diagnose the cause of your chest pain and get rid of it.

Instructions

1. If you are suffering from chest pains after eating then try to make yourself burp. Drinking a little soda will help to cause you to burp and should relieve the pressure that is built up in your chest.

2. If burping does not help, then drink a small glass of milk. Milk will help to coat your throat and may relieve the pressure in your chest.

3. You can also take an antacid. This will decrease the pressure by helping to stabilize the acid and “bubbles” that are causing the uncomfortable pressure.

4. If you find that you have this pressure in your chest that causes you pain regularly you should see your doctor. He will be able to prescribe or suggest a daily antacid that will help to decrease the problem.
