Painlessly Remove Warts At Home

Warts are an unsightly growth that might occur anywhere on the body. They are caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) and are extremely contagious. Doctors often remove warts by freezing them. However, there are quick and painless solutions for warts that you can use at home. Whether it is a flat wart or plantar wart there are some over-the-counter options you can use to remove warts.

Instructions

1. Cleanse the area well in order to remove any lotions, creams or natural oils that may be on your skin. Make sure to dry the area completely before medication application.

2. Apply a wart remover product such as Plantar Wart Remover by CVS or Clear Away by Dr. Scholl's, which are sold in various pharmacies.

3. Apply the medicated tab or disc on top of the wart and then cover with a bandage or the enclosed strips or patches that come with the wart removal kit.

4. Put on a new patch daily or every two days to facilitate wart removal. It may take three to four weeks for complete wart removal. Persistence is important when it comes to removing a wart.
